1. Purpose of processing
To review a project inquiry or a free marketing diagnosis application, consult with you, assess the requested scope, and send you the findings and a proposal.
2. Data we process
Your name, clinic or organization name, contact details, current channels, target country or language, the first problem to solve, the service of interest, your message, your consent to data collection, and a random identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions.
On the free marketing diagnosis application we may process your company or clinic name, your name, role, phone number, email, industry, website or main channel URL, what you need help with, the result you want, target countries or languages, the channels you run, where inquiries come in, monthly content volume, in-house marketing staff, use of agencies, monthly budget range, preferred start time, references, additional notes, and the path of the page you viewed right before applying.
Do not enter third-party personal or sensitive data such as patient names, contact details or medical records into the form.
For spam prevention, your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, the site key and the referring origin may be processed by Cloudflare Turnstile.
For site analytics, Google Analytics 4 may process visited pages, referral source, approximate location, device and browser information, interactions on the site and online identifiers. We do not enable advertising-personalization signals or Google Signals.
3. Retention and deletion
Inquiry emails are kept in a designated Gmail mailbox for 12 months from the date of receipt. On the first business day of each month the data protection officer reviews the retention period and permanently deletes expired general inquiries and any separately downloaded files.
If a contract is signed or a legal retention duty applies, we record the basis and the end date and keep that data apart from general inquiries. When that period ends, it is deleted by the same procedure.
4. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing. Requests are accepted at workersaurus@gmail.com.
5. Security measures
Encryption in transit, input length limits, bot prevention, least privilege, separation of secrets and security headers are applied.
6. External processors and international transfers
Spam prevention uses Turnstile by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). While you use and submit the contact form, your IP address, TLS fingerprint, User-Agent, the site key and the referring origin may travel through Cloudflare's global network and be used for bot detection. Details follow Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy notice and contractual policies.
When you submit an inquiry, every field you entered and the receiving email address are delivered over an encrypted connection to Resend, operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. (United States). The purpose is sending the inquiry email; Resend states that it retains email data on its standard plans for 30 days.
Delivered inquiries are handled for consultation and replies in a designated Gmail mailbox provided by Google LLC (United States) and may be processed on Google's global infrastructure. WORKERSAURUS applies a 12-month retention rule to the original inquiries in that mailbox. You may choose not to use the form; contacting us directly by email still involves Gmail processing.
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC (United States), to understand site usage and improve content and inquiry paths. Analytics data may be processed on Google's global infrastructure and is handled under Google's Analytics data-processing terms.
7. Storage
Inquiry content is never stored in a public database on this website. Only submissions that pass verification are forwarded to the designated mailbox. Site-usage statistics are processed separately in the Google Analytics 4 property.
8. Changes to this policy
If a processor, the retention period or the contact details change, we update the date and content of this page before the change takes effect. Provider policies are reviewed regularly.
